1. Our approach
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to book a ride. The website movia-tours.com follows the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard ת“י 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.
2. What we did on the website
- An accessibility menu on every page: text size, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, readable font, line spacing, stopping animations and resetting the settings. The settings are saved only in your browser.
- Keyboard use: all links, buttons and fields can be reached with the Tab key, and the selected element has a visible focus outline.
- A “Skip to content” link appears on the first press of Tab.
- Booking form: every field has a label, and error messages are clear.
- Screen readers: headings are in order, and the page language and text direction (Hebrew right to left) are set.
- Any screen: the website adapts to phone, tablet and desktop and allows zooming in the browser.
- No third-party accessibility services: the font and the accessibility menu are loaded from the website itself.
3. Known limitations
We keep improving accessibility. Address suggestions and the map in the booking form are provided by Apple Maps; we cannot fully control them, and they may not be fully accessible — for example, to screen readers. You can always type the address manually.
If the form is hard to use, book by phone, WhatsApp or email — contact details below. We will take your order just as we would through the website.
4. If something is hard to use
Write or call us — we will help you book and fix the problem.
Accessibility coordinator: Rufat Danilov Phone and WhatsApp: +972 52-530-9959 Email: movia.service@gmail.com Hours: 07:00–21:00
To help us respond faster, please tell us which page had the problem, what you were trying to do, and which device, browser and assistive technology you used.
5. Physical accessibility and the ride
Movia Tours has no office open to visitors: orders are taken through the website, by phone, WhatsApp and email. If a passenger needs special arrangements for the ride (for example, room for a wheelchair or help getting in), write it in the notes of your request or tell us — we will let you know whether we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
This statement applies to the website movia-tours.com.
