1. General
These Terms govern the use of the website movia-tours.com (the “Website”) of the Movia Tours transfer service.
The Website belongs to Rufat Danilov, registration number 312051626 (the “Operator”, “we”).
By using the Website or sending a request, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Website and contact us by phone or email instead.
2. What the Website is
The Website presents the Movia Tours services — transfers in Israel from point A to point B (airports, hotels, cities, attractions) and a car with driver for several hours — and lets you send a ride request.
The Website has the following sections: home, services, destinations (with articles), booking form, about, contacts and documents. It is available in Hebrew, English and Russian.
3. A request is not yet an order
A request sent through the form is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after the Operator has contacted you, clarified the details and confirmed the ride and the final price.
We try to answer every request as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee that a vehicle will be available for every date and time.

4. Approximate price
The price shown by the form is approximate. It is calculated automatically from the route (distance and travel time from Apple Maps) and the Operator’s price list and may include surcharges (night, Shabbat, holidays, airport). The approximate price is not binding: the final price is confirmed by the Operator.
5. Your obligations
When using the Website, you agree:
- to give accurate details about yourself and the ride;
- to make a request in your own name or with the consent of the person you are booking for;
- not to send false, duplicate or prank requests;
- not to attempt to disrupt the Website, bypass its protection or collect data from it automatically;
- not to use the Website for unlawful purposes.
The Website may be used and requests may be made by persons over 18.
6. Third-party services
The Website uses third-party services: Apple Maps for address suggestions, the map and the route, and WhatsApp for contacting us. They are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for interruptions in their operation; if address suggestions or the map are unavailable, you can type the address manually or book by phone, WhatsApp or email.
7. Information on the Website
Descriptions of services, destinations and vehicles, and the articles, are for general information. Photos of vehicles and places may differ from reality. Travel times, distances and approximate prices are indicative.
8. Liability
The Website is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running without failures but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Operator is not liable for damage caused by temporary unavailability of the Website, failures of third-party services or communications, or force majeure. Limitations of liability apply to the extent permitted by law and do not affect your consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, design, name and logo of Movia Tours belong to the Operator or are used by it lawfully. Website materials may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Photo credits are given where required.
10. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Consent to Data Processing.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms. The current version is always published on this page. Orders already confirmed are governed by the version in force at the time of confirmation.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. We aim to resolve any issue through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be heard by the competent court at the Operator’s place of business.
