1. Parties and subject
This document is a public offer by Rufat Danilov, registration number 312051626 (the “Operator”), operating under the Movia Tours brand, addressed to anyone who orders a transfer through the website movia-tours.com, by phone, WhatsApp or email (the “Client”).
The subject of the agreement is the Operator arranging a ride in Israel for the Client and their passengers:
- a transfer from point A to point B (airports, hotels, cities, attractions), one way or round trip;
- a car with driver by the hour — for 6, 8, 10 or 12 hours.
Rides are performed in minivans (6, 7 or 8 seats) and minibuses (from 10 to 23 seats).
2. How the agreement is made
A request sent by the Client through the website form is a request, not an order. The Operator contacts the Client through the chosen channel, clarifies the details and confirms the ride and the final price.
The agreement is made when the Operator has confirmed the order and the Client has accepted the confirmed terms and price.
3. Performing the ride
After confirmation, the Operator assigns the order to a driver who is a partner of the Movia platform. The ride is performed by a driver or carrier holding the permits and insurance required by law.
The driver receives the details needed for the ride: the Client’s name and phone, addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers, luggage, child seats and notes.
4. Price
The approximate price shown by the website form is calculated automatically from the route (distance and travel time from Apple Maps) and the Operator’s price list and may include surcharges (night, Shabbat, holidays, airport). It is not binding.
The final price is given to the Client when the order is confirmed. If, after confirmation, the Client changes the route, time, number of passengers or luggage, or asks for extra stops or waiting, the price may be recalculated in agreement with the Client.
5. Payment, cancellation and waiting
No payment is made on the website. The payment method, the cancellation terms and the free waiting time are communicated to the Client when the order is confirmed.
6. Client’s obligations
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the request: addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers (adults and children), amount and size of luggage, and the child seats and boosters needed.
The vehicle is chosen according to the number of passengers and luggage stated in the request. If there are actually more passengers or more luggage, the driver may refuse to take the extra passengers or luggage where this is unsafe or unlawful; the Operator will try to offer a solution.
The Client agrees to be at the pickup point at the agreed time and to stay reachable at the phone number given.
7. Child seats
Child seats and boosters are provided on request — in the number stated in the request and confirmed by the Operator. Children may not travel without the required seat.
8. Behaviour in the vehicle
Passengers must follow safety rules and the driver’s instructions, wear seat belts, not smoke in the vehicle, take care of the vehicle and treat the driver with respect. The driver may refuse or stop the ride if a passenger’s behaviour endangers safety.
Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers is compensated by the Client.
9. Delays and force majeure
The Operator and the driver do their best to arrive on time. However, they are not liable for delays caused by traffic, security checks, weather, flight delays or changes, road closures, actions of the authorities or other circumstances beyond their control.
For airport pickups, the Client gives the flight number so that the driver can follow the actual arrival time.
10. Liability
The Operator is responsible for arranging the order in accordance with the confirmed terms. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of incorrect details given by the Client or for items left unattended in the vehicle; we will try to return items that are found.
Limitations of liability apply to the extent permitted by law. Consumer rights under the law of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן), remain in full force.
11. Personal data
The Client’s data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the Consent to Data Processing.
12. Changes to the offer
The Operator may change this offer. The current version is published on the website. Confirmed orders are governed by the version in force at the time of confirmation.
13. Governing law and disputes
The agreement is governed by the law of the State of Israel. Please send any claims by email or WhatsApp — we will try to resolve them through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be heard by the competent court at the Operator’s place of business.
