By ticking the box in the booking form on movia-tours.com and sending a request, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Rufat Danilov, registration number 312051626 (the “Operator”, the Movia Tours service), to process my data on the terms below.
1. What data I provide
- first and last name, phone, email address and preferred contact channel;
- ride details: type of service, from and to, flight number, date and time, return trip, number of hours and waiting hours;
- number of adults and children, child seats and boosters, amount of luggage, vehicle type;
- notes and wishes I wrote myself.
2. For what purpose
- to handle my request and show an approximate price;
- to contact me through the channel I chose, clarify the details, and confirm the ride and the final price;
- to pass the order to a driver and carry out the ride;
- to answer my questions;
- to meet legal requirements, including accounting and tax requirements.
3. What actions I allow
Collection, recording, storage, correction, use, transfer to the parties listed in section 4, anonymisation and deletion of my data — with or without automated means.
4. Who the data may be shared with
- the Operator’s dispatchers;
- the driver, a partner of the Movia platform, who performs my ride — only what the ride needs: name, phone, addresses, date and time, flight number, passengers, luggage, child seats and notes;
- the Operator’s service providers: Hostinger (website hosting), Apple (Apple Maps — address suggestions and route; what I type into the “From” and “To” fields is sent to Apple), Supabase (the cloud database of the Movia platform), and the email service, WhatsApp and the telephone carrier — for correspondence and calls;
- government authorities — only upon a lawful demand.

5. Other people’s data
If I make a request on behalf of another person and give their name or phone, I confirm that I have their consent to pass this data to the Operator and the driver.
6. No advertising
The Operator does not use my data for advertising, does not sell it and does not send marketing messages.
7. Validity and withdrawal
This consent is valid from the moment the request is sent until it is withdrawn.
I may withdraw my consent and ask for my data to be deleted at any time by writing to movia.service@gmail.com or on WhatsApp to +972 52-530-9959 — see the Data Deletion page. If the ride has already been confirmed, withdrawing consent may make it impossible to perform. Data the law requires to be kept (for example, records of a paid ride for accounting) is kept only for the required period.
8. Confirmation
I confirm that:
- I am over 18;
- the details I have given are accurate;
- I have read the Privacy Policy and know my rights under the Protection of Privacy Law of the State of Israel (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ“א-1981).
